¶ Paper on using AI for forest harvest scheduling
Description: In this work, many of the operations research, heuristic search, and simulation methods that have been demonstrated as useful for forest harvest scheduling efforts are assessed for their association with artificial intelligence. In some cases, it is argued that the forestry profession has been using artificial intelligence for quite some time to develop tactical forest harvest schedules.
